Solution

You need to send us specific system files from your main PC so we can fix this issue.

Open System32 on Your Main PC

On your main PC, press Win + R, type the following path and press Enter:
C:\Windows\System32

Find the Required Files

Locate and copy these three files:
  • win32ksgd.sys
  • win32k.sys
  • win32kbase.sys
You can use the search bar in the folder to find them quickly.

Upload the three files in your ticket and wait for assistance.
